be registered with Mary, his betrothed, who was with child. 6And
while they were there, the time came for her to give birth. 7And
she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths
and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.
33And his father and his mother marveled at what was said
about him. 34And Simeon blessed them and said to Mary his
mother, "Behold, this child is appointed for the fall and rising of many
in Israel, and for a sign that is opposed 35(and a sword will
pierce through your own soul also), so that thoughts from many hearts may

In this
world sometimes the worst persecution for Christians comes not from
the world but from other Christians. We are all brothers and sisters in
Christ and with Christ. Jesus said that a house divided cannot stand. As
Christians we need to begin looking at what we have in common. God does
not love one child more than the other. This song was inspired by these
verses:
Ephesians 4:1-7 11-16 Unity in the Body of Christ
1I
therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of
the calling to which you have been called, 2with all humility
and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3eager
to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4There
is one body and one Spirit--just as you were called to the one hope that
belongs to your call-- 5one Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in

Luke 18:9-14 The Pharisee and the Tax Collector

'God, I thank you that I am not like other men, extortioners, unjust,
